The longest project is the most a single project can run: 10 minutes on Free, 60 minutes on Creator and 3 hours on Pro. Each one exports as a single video.

Credits pay for images, AI narration (about 3 credits per minute) and script drafts from Start with an Idea (1 credit per requested minute, with a 2-credit minimum). Uploading your own voiceover uses no credits. Top up any time for $15 per 1,000. Billing is self-serve from the portal in Studio.
What credits pay for
Credits pay for 3 things: generating images, AI narration and script drafts. Each one shows its credit cost and your balance before it runs, and waits for you to confirm.
- Images: the visual for each scene
- AI narration: about 3 credits per minute. Edit the script later and only the paragraphs you changed are regenerated and charged
- Script drafts from Start with an Idea: 1 credit per requested minute, with a 2-credit minimum. Editing a draft is free; a new draft is charged as a new one
- Uploading your own voiceover uses no credits
- If a script draft or narration fails, or you cancel it, you aren't charged

Export quality

Top-ups
Buy more credits at any time for $15 per 1,000. Top-up credits don't expire while your account is active; plan credits renew each billing period and don't roll over.
Changing plans
Upgrades can take effect right away, with any prorated charge shown at checkout. Downgrades normally take effect at your next renewal.
Canceling
Cancel from the billing portal in Studio. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then doesn't renew.
Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card, so you can sign up and run a project of up to 10 minutes straight away.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits that come with Creator and Pro are for the billing period they arrive in and don't roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up don't expire while your account is active.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Top up at any time for $15 per 1,000, or move to a bigger plan. Every paid step shows its cost and your balance first, and waits for you to confirm.
Can I get a refund?
If you buy as a UK consumer, you can normally cancel a new subscription within 14 days, though we may deduct an amount for what you've already used. If credits were taken for a generation that failed, contact us and we'll restore them once we confirm the error. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Plans are billed monthly, and checkout and billing run in Studio.
