Uploading your own voiceover uses no credits. Your plan's credits arrive every month on monthly and annual billing alike, and don't roll over; top up any time for $15 per 1,000. A plan's longest project is a limit on each project, not an amount of video its credits are guaranteed to make: a video with more scenes uses more credits. The longest project is 10 minutes on Free, 1 hour on Creator, 2 hours on Pro and 3 hours on Ultra, each exported as a single video. That's a limit on each project; how many credits one uses depends on its number of scenes and the image quality.
Free exports are 720p, watermarked. Every paid plan exports at 1080p, no watermark and includes commercial use, so you can publish with ads or sponsorships, or deliver videos to clients.
Free includes the 20 built-in Visual Styles at Standard image quality. Your own saved styles, Ultra image quality, Cinematic Depth, your own music, Brand Kits and credit top-ups come with every paid plan.
On any paid plan, buy more credits at any time for $15 per 1,000. Top-up credits don't expire while your account is active; your plan's own credits arrive every month and don't roll over.
Your projects, Spaces, Brand Kits and generated images share one allowance: 25 GB on Creator, 50 GB on Pro and 100 GB on Ultra. Everything you've already made stays downloadable if you reach it — only new generation waits until you've cleared some room.
Upgrades can take effect right away, with any prorated charge shown at checkout. Downgrades, and moving between monthly and annual billing, normally take effect at your next renewal.

No. The Free plan needs no card, so you can sign up and start a project straight away. Free projects can run up to 10 minutes, but 100 credits won't usually cover a full 10-minute video; they're enough to try it out.
It depends on the video. Each scene's image uses credits, so the number of scenes, the image quality and your Visual Style's reference images set most of the cost, plus narration if an AI voice reads the script. At 3 credits a scene, 100 credits covers about 33 Standard images in a Visual Style without reference images, before any narration. Studio shows the cost of each step before it runs.
No. Your plan's credits arrive every month — on annual billing too — and are for the month they arrive in, so they don't roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up are different: those don't expire while your account is active. Free's 100 credits are a one-time allowance, not a monthly one.
On any paid plan, top up at any time for $15 per 1,000, or move to a bigger plan. On Free, upgrading is what gets you more credits. Every paid step shows its cost and your balance first, and waits for you to confirm.
If you buy as a UK consumer, you can normally cancel a new subscription within 14 days, though we may deduct an amount for what you've already used. If credits were taken for a generation that failed, contact us and we'll restore them once we confirm the error. The Refund Policy has the full terms.

Annual billing charges the whole year up front — $240 for Creator, $590 for Pro or $990 for Ultra — which is 12 months for the price of 10. The per-month figure shown next to an annual price is that yearly charge divided by 12, to the nearest cent, for comparison; it isn't taken monthly. Your credits still arrive every month either way.
Size, not features. Ultra includes everything Pro does and raises the limits: 6,500 a month instead of 3,000 a month, projects up to 3 hours instead of 2 hours, 10 Spaces and Brand Kits instead of 5, and 100 GB of storage instead of 50 GB.
