Build a faceless YouTube channel worth monetising

Animatic turns your narration into a structured, editable production: scenes planned to your pacing, a look that repeats episode to episode, and a timeline you direct before anything goes out.

  • Projects up to 3 hours
  • 1080p, no watermark on paid plans
  • Every scene editable

How an episode gets made

A finished voiceover in, a finished episode out — with two stages in the middle that are yours.

01

Record the narration

Your script, your read, your angle. Upload the finished audio, a transcript, or the script itself.

02

It becomes a scene plan

Animatic transcribes the narration and breaks it into scenes at the points your subject changes, with timings taken from the audio.

03

You direct the episode

Rewrite scene descriptions, set the pace, change the Visual Style, regenerate anything that misses.

04

Export and publish

One render at 1080p with no watermark on Creator and Pro. You decide what goes up.

A channel people recognise on sight

A faceless channel lives on its look. Animatic keeps that look in one place and applies it to everything you make, rather than starting each upload from nothing.

  • One Visual Style — your prompt, your reference images, your aspect ratio
  • Continuity keeps a recurring subject looking like itself across an episode
  • A Brand Kit carries the logo, colours, intro and outro into every render
  • A Space keeps a channel's projects and their defaults together

Built for ultra-long-form

Ultra-long-form — ULF — is what creators call uploads measured in hours rather than minutes: extended documentaries, deep dives, compilations, sleep-friendly stories, full histories. Animatic runs projects up to three hours on Pro and sixty minutes on Creator.

Most AI video tools are designed around clips a few seconds long. At an hour or more that turns into dozens of separate renders to line up and keep consistent. Animatic treats the whole runtime as one production from the start.

Scene planning at that length

The whole runtime is laid out as scenes before a single image is generated, however long the narration runs.

One project, not forty files

Everything stays in a single project and a single timeline. There is nothing to stitch together afterwards.

The look holds throughout

The Visual Style and Continuity apply from the first minute to the last, so hour three matches hour one.

Fix a scene, not the film

Regenerate the one scene that misses and leave every other scene exactly as it is.

Formats it suits

Documentaries

Long narration with an arc, and subjects that come back throughout.

Video essays

Visuals that follow the argument instead of decorating it.

History and mysteries

Places and figures you cannot source as stock.

Educational series

One Visual Style and one Brand Kit across every episode.

Sleep and ambient

Multi-hour runtimes at low scene density with subtle motion.

Compilations

Segmented scripts where each part gets its own treatment.

Publishing and monetisation

You can publish and monetise Animatic videos on YouTube and elsewhere. Commercial use is included on Creator and Pro, exports are 1080p without a watermark, and the work is built on your script, your narration and the decisions you made in the editor.

YouTube decides monetisation, not us. We can't promise Partner Programme acceptance, revenue or views.

Meeting a platform's rules on originality, rights, accuracy and AI disclosure is your responsibility as the publisher.

Faceless channel questions

Do I need to show my face or record on camera?

No. Animatic is built for faceless channels. You supply the voiceover, transcript or script and it generates every scene — no footage, stock or B-roll.

What does ultra-long-form mean?

Creators use it for uploads measured in hours rather than minutes — extended documentaries, deep dives, compilations and sleep-friendly stories. Animatic supports projects up to 3 hours on Pro, 60 minutes on Creator and 10 minutes on Free.

How do I stop a long video looking repetitive?

Set the look once with a Visual Style, control the cutting pace with scene density, and regenerate any scene that misses. Continuity keeps recurring subjects consistent, and 2.5D depth is applied only where a shot suits it.

How much of the result do I actually control?

The scene plan, the description behind each scene, the Visual Style, the pace, per-scene motion and transitions, and the timing in the timeline. Earlier versions of a scene are kept, so you can go back.

Can I monetise the videos on YouTube?

You can publish and monetise them where the finished video meets that platform's rules on originality, rights, disclosure and eligibility. Commercial use is included on Creator and Pro. YouTube makes the monetisation decision — we can't guarantee approval or revenue.

Does it keep working if I close the browser?

Yes. Transcription, scene planning and image generation run in the background, which matters when a project is hours long.

What do I get at the end?

A finished video file: 1080p with no watermark on Creator and Pro, 720p with a watermark on Free.
